There were so many wonderful submissions that we felt we had to honor the finalist. Congratulations to Mariahadessa Ekere Tallie and Beatriz Fernandez for their poetry and to Khristian Mecom and Lisa Battalia for their prose. Each finalist will receive a $75 prize and an opportunity to appear in one of this year’s themed journals.
We want to thank all of the women who shared their work with us. It was a pleasure to read your stories and poems. We hope you will keep writing and submitting.
