Broken
I’m proud of being broken
Only those brave enough to take something apart will ever understand how the pieces go together
Because when you build yourself again—it will be better
Better at handling pressure
Because you understand the importance of leisure
And the importance of pleasure
If you ever did break again, at least you can be your own shelter
Your Heart
When you feel lost, take yourself into your heart
Follow its rhythm
Follows its beat
Follow the blood flow from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet
We’ll retrace the places your heart goes and the people you meet
The journey might not be straightforward or neat
Where did you leave your heart?
When did you last have it?
Who did you give it to?
Did they break it?
So, let’s go around your heart and pick up the pieces
We can fix it together and it’ll be like brand new
You didn’t lose your heart
You didn’t find your heart
You found you
You made yourself into what you wanted to
