Cultivating Inner Wisdom
Finding small ways to cultivate joy and connect with our inner wisdom.
Through life struggles, trauma, and cultural conditioning. We lose touch with our own inner guide. Cultivating Inner Wisdom is an invitation to slow down and tune in. We explore ways of reestablishing self-trust, recovering our intuition, and developing resiliency in everyday moments. Common and recurring topics include yoga, psychology, spirituality, relationships, parenting, body positivity, intuitive eating, and trauma recovery.

My focus as a writer, teacher, and yogi is going inward and feeling into experiences, even those that are most uncomfortable or painful, and letting them be there. I have an MA, MSIS, and MFA. My short fiction has been published in PANK, DOGZPLOT Flash Fiction, Freeze Frame Fiction, Crack The Spine, Minerva Rising, and others. I am currently completing a yoga teacher training, and exploring a career focused on intuitive eating counseling and teaching trauma-informed yoga.
